Quick to gather a community of ambitious women, I wanted to create a home for those of us seeking extra-ordinary success without sacrificing ourselves, our people or our values. 

My goal is to redefine leadership for a new era. One that is heart-led, sustainable and deeply human. 

We have been taught that success requires sacrifice. That meaningful work must cost us our health. I don’t believe that, and I’m not interested in selling you resilience to survive toxic systems.
